Joshua Zatcoff

Joshua Zatcoff – Arizona Attorney and Teacher

An educator from Arizona, Joshua Zatcoff was an attorney before his role as an elementary and secondary teacher. Before becoming a teacher, Joshua worked with the Arizona Attorney General's Office for a short time.

In 2013, Mr. Zatcoff's role at the Attorney General's Office involved writing summary judgment responses, disclosure statements, seizure warrants, notices of release, and settlement agreements. He also worked with the Department of Financial Remedies. His accomplishments as an attorney include outscoring test takers in all 40 states and every law school in the Uniform Bar Exam. He also had an article published in an international law journal. Additionally, he is a member of the Arizona Bar Association.

By 2014, Mr. Zatcoff changed careers and began teaching at the Advanced Placement College Preparatory Program. As a teacher in residence, he taught grades three through 12 in advanced placement government, history, language, and composition. He is also the campus standardized test administrator. Since his time with the preparatory program, his students have consistently achieved the highest scores on the state standardized assessments in the school and district.

Mr. Zatcoff's academic credentials include a bachelor's degree in politics from Brandeis University, a law degree from New England Law Boston, and a bachelor's degree in education from Rio Salado College. His hobbies and interests are sports, namely basketball, hockey, tennis, volleyball, baseball, martial arts, and swimming. He also enjoys reading, traveling, and studying languages.
